Nancy is one of my longtime and great friends from the Rhode Island summer house I shared for 25 years with so many Boston friends. She is recently retired as the Executive Director of a social service agency that provides housing and services to the adult developmentally disabled residents of several Boston suburbs and shepherded her agency to operating ever more group homes in spite of diminishing resources.
This second floor room is in the northwest front corner of the house with beautiful views of historic Park Street. Its large king size bed, unusual polished metal chest, and comfy pastel upholstered tub chairs all contribute to its light and bright atmosphere. The art work in the bedroom and bath speaks to those memories of weekends at the beach. The room can also be arranged with 2 twin beds if preferred. The spacious detached bath has a large tiled shower and a pedestal sink.
