Guests of all ages are welcome, but those under age 12 must be
particularly well behaved in consideration for our other guests. An
additional cot in your room will be $30 a night. We have one
pet-friendly room for those who travel with their dog; there is a
$25 charge per stay.RESERVATIONS:
The cost of one night's stay is required to reserve your room. MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks are accepted. Your credit card will be charged at the time your reservation is made; if paying by check, the reservation will be confirmed upon the receipt of your check. All rates are for two people, and include full breakfast, afternoon refreshments, and late evening dessert. Vermont state tax of 9% will be added to each stay.
CANCELLATIONS:
We are a very small inn and, although we are sympathetic to family emergencies, we appreciate your understanding our cancellation policy. Late arrival (after the date specified) and/or early departures will be treated as cancellations- you will be charged for the dates of your reservation. So please make any adjustments in advance.
We will cancel your reservation with no additional charge if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before your arrival date. If your cancellation is within 14 days of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the room, or you may hold the deposit for a future stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is between 3pm and 7pm (later check-in by arrangement). Room check-out is at 11am, but feel free to use the public spaces of the inn for the balance of the day and/or leave your luggage with us for later pick-up.
