Instructor: Ramona Borthwick
Date: April 27-28
Enrollment: Limited to 8
Cost: $260/person, double occupancy; $295/person, single occupancy

Chef Ramona Borthwick is returning for another fabulous trip on the Indian Express! Ramona's food is authentic (she's Indian!), great tasting (she gets many of her spices from her mother in India), spectacular looking (see pictures of her food at www.welltemperedcook.com), and oh so fragrant!

You will be working right alongside her and learn to make the unique spice mixtures for each recipe. We will be doing several dishes and then we will enjoy the entire production for dinner!

Her last trip here was a sellout and you will see exactly why. The roasted eggplant dish stole the day; we roasted it on the coals in the kitchen's wood stove! Each recipe is done by the entire class and the techniques for each explained. Your participation is hands on, or you can just observe if you prefer. Her teaching style is easy-going and relaxed, but the food can be as fiery as you like it.

-Late light supper Friday evening when you arrive along with dessert and coffee
