Hot and cold, sweet and savory. Make all these soufflés with Liz Lowe, pastry chef and former owner of Queen of Tarts bakery in Burlington, Vermont. Liz trained in France at LaVarenne, and she’ll take you through the steps to success with soufflés. You’ll make a hot cheese soufflé, a cold/frozen fruit soufflé, a hot dessert soufflé and a chocolate soufflé!

The weekend includes:

-Late light supper Friday evening when you arrive along with dessert and coffee
-Friday and Saturday nights' lodging in spacious rooms with private bath
-Full country breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday
-Sit-down Saturday night dinner with appetizer, salad, main course, and dessert (alcohol is BYO)
-Saturday afternoon cooking session and all materials; the class recipes
-Time to explore Brandon's shops and galleries
